Start with the decision you need to make.

Agree a focused scope around the project stage, available evidence, and the people who need to act on the findings.

Scope, deliverables, timing, and specialist participation are agreed for each engagement. Proposed strategies and findings support client decisions; protocol authorization, Quality approval, and release remain with the client.

Connect the facility, the workflow, and the patient-specific record.

For gene therapy, viral-vector, CAR-T, cell-therapy, and biologics operations, we help teams coordinate validation decisions across startup, scale-up, technology transfer, and remediation.

  • Facility and system readiness: cleanrooms, utilities, laboratory systems, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Cold-chain and identity controls: storage, CTUs, patient-specific materials, electronic batch records, and chain-of-identity traceability.
  • Evidence and turnover: protocol strategy, deviation resolution, documentation review, and prioritized closeout.
